How it Works
Once you’ve placed an order you will receive an order notification letting you know we have received your order. As a guide, your order will normally be confirmed within 24 hours. Once your order has been shipped from the warehouse, you will receive a notification confirming your item is on it’s way to you.
We make every effort to ensure all orders received are shipped within the first 2 business days, except during busy sale periods when orders can take additional days to be processed before they are shipped. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed the next business day.
Changes to Orders
Please carefully check your billing and shipping information before you place your orders as our dispatch team processes orders quickly and is unable to make changes to orders once they are shipped.
Shipping in the UK
All orders are sent by Royal Mail signed 2nd class delivery. We strongly recommend providing a business address to guarantee the safe delivery of your order. If you do not provide a business address and delivery is attempted while nobody’s home, the courier will leave your parcel in a secure location on your property. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
Shipping in the EU
Please note that the price you pay for your order online with us does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities when your parcel is received into your country. This is a separate charge and is unrelated to us. The knowledge and payment of taxes and duties are your responsibility and you should look these up before purchasing if you are worried about these additional costs.
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). If you order items for delivery outside the United Kingdom, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we recommend checking your local customs website or giving the ma call for more information.
